One platform.
Every sensor. The full picture.
Inclify collects readings from sensors and data loggers, converts them with your own equations against a baseline measurement, watches safety thresholds and notifies the right people — before a deviation turns into a failure.
From sensor to decision — one path for the data
No manual downloads from loggers, no spreadsheets, no “I will check on site tomorrow”.
Four pillars of the platform
Sensors and acquisition
- More than 40 sensor types: vibrating wire, inclinometers, strain gauges, MEMS, piezometers, temperature
- Data received over REST, CSV/XLSX import, FTP — including from data loggers already in place
- Static data, triggered events and full vibration signal waveforms
- Device time validation: time zones, clock drift detection
Monitoring and dashboards
- Several dashboards per project, more than 35 widget types, drag & drop layout
- Multi-axis charts, tables, KPIs, signal histograms, maps
- Environmental context: weather and warnings, air quality, flood monitoring
- Real-time updates and full mobile responsiveness
Analytics and alerts
- Custom calculation equations with validation and a full-screen editor
- Warning and alarm thresholds, no-data supervision
- FFT vibration analysis: RMS, peak values, event classification
- SMS, e-mail, push — with acknowledgement, muting and a full history
Vibration and dynamic events
- Two waveform analysis profiles: FFT spectrum or Butterworth band filtering
- 21 one-third-octave bands over 1–100 Hz, RMS and MAX values
- Dynamic alarm on the band envelope, with threshold import and export in CSV
- Event analysis view, VR MAX histogram and XLSX export with charts
Built like a measurement system,
not like a presentation
The things your IT department and maintenance engineer will ask about — before they sign.
Your own formulas on measurement channels (mathematical functions, statistics, project constants) with syntax and dependency validation.
A baseline per project and per sensor: automatic, taken from a chosen date, entered manually or imported. Change it and the channel is recalculated automatically.
Accelerometer waveforms analysed automatically: RMS, peak values, spectrum — with alarm thresholds applied to the results.
Every action recorded: who, what, when, from which address, old and new values. A project log for inspections and repairs.
Hard data isolation between organisations, administrator and user roles, enforced TLS, login attempt limits.
An alarm state change is visible immediately to everyone logged in — no page refresh, with a connection indicator.
Streaming CSV export of any range, XLSX with signal analysis results, a data API for your own tools.
A partitioned time-series database designed for billions of records — a reading every 15 minutes by default, or more often for 20 years is a warm-up for it.
Measurements are kept in UTC, input follows RFC 3339, and local time is resolved through a chain: user → project → organisation → UTC. Ambiguous and non-existent hours at a daylight saving change end with an explicit error, not a silent one-hour shift.
Every recognised exchange with a logger is archived: gzip compression, a SHA-256 checksum, a preview of the raw frame and the range of measurements it produced. Retention is driven by configuration, 7 days by default.
See the platform on your own data
During the demo we will show Inclify on a real project — and if you have a sample of your own measurements, we will load it live.
