Terms of use of the Inclify.com website

Read the rules on the provision of services and on liability, together with information about the platform distributor.

1. General provisions

  1. All copyright and proprietary rights to the Inclify.com platform belong to Webnest Michał Piszczek (sole proprietorship), conducting business activity in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. The non-exclusive distributor, and the entity responsible for customer service and for the processing of personal data, is:

  3. These Terms set out the rules for using the Inclify.com website (the "Website") as well as the rights and obligations of Users.
  4. Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of services

  1. The Website operates in a SaaS model, enabling the collection and presentation of measurement data.
  2. The Distributor (SHM System Sp. z o.o., Sp.k.) is responsible for making the services available to Users.
  3. Webnest Michał Piszczek does not carry out direct sales or customer service – that role rests with the Distributor.

3. Liability

  1. The service is made available "as is".
  2. The Distributor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website, but makes efforts to maintain its availability.
  3. All liability towards Users (including with respect to the protection of personal data, complaints, technical support and legal claims) rests with SHM System Sp. z o.o., Sp.k.

4. Payments

  1. The services of the Website may be subject to charges in accordance with the price list published by the Distributor.
  2. Failure to pay may result in the provision of services being limited or suspended.

5. Final provisions

  1. The Terms may be amended by the Distributor, and amendments take effect upon publication.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
